Day 1: Explore Kigali memorial & Transfer to Volcanoes

After a hearty breakfast, drive out of the hotel, and today, you will have the first visit to the Kigali Memorial. From the Kigali/Gisozi genocide site, head off to Volcanoes National Park, and this is expected to cover a duration of 2-3 hours. Arrive early and check into your accommodation, and today, you may decide to have a great time at the lodge or pay a visit to Iby’Iwacu Village in the evening.

Day 2: Gorilla trek in Volcanoes & Depart

Enjoy a delicious breakfast and later, continue to Kinigi to meet the park officials. The team from Volcanoes National Park will introduce you to some of the rules and regulations. You will also get to know the park ranger guide to take you for gorilla trekking.
