Detailed Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival and Stay in Nairobi

When your plane lands in Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, our representative collects you and transfers you to a luxury hotel within Nairobi. Refresh and have dinner before your overnight stay.

Day 2: Transfer to Amboseli NP and Afternoon Game Drive

Get breakfast before you see the full sun in the sky. Leave your hotel and transfer to Amboseli National Park. Clear views of the Kilimanjaro mountain and its snow-capped summit is visible. Check in at your lodge for some genuinely delicious lunch. A late afternoon game drive across Amboseli is done. Get more views of the mountain, which is by the way in Tanzania.

Many Big Five members can be seen roaming the beautiful landscapes. Herds of elephants around you look good when captured on photograph. Wildlife spectacles can be offered by lions, buffaloes and a mixture of antelope species. Eat supper in your lodge and then sleep throughout the night until morning.

Day 3: Game Drive for a Full Day in Amboseli NP

In the restaurant, get breakfast and head back to the wilderness for more game drives. On this third day of the 10 days safari in Kenya you do this for an extended period. There are still more herds of elephants to see while you drive. Get bush lunch and then continue the wildlife viewing experience. Back at your lodge, have dinner and overnight for one more night here.

Day 4: From Amboseli Transfer to Lake Naivasha. Afternoon Boat Trip

With breakfast served to you as you wake up from deep sleep, check out afterwards. Your trip to Lake Naivasha is through Nairobi, with more scenic views. Arrive and your immediate impression is happiness when you see flamingos, African spoonbill, pelicans and giant kingfishers at the lake. After lunch enjoy a boat cruise to see more bird species. These encompass African jacanas, great cormorants and Egyptian geese etc.

Get a chance to walk on the pristine Crescent Island. This is so beautiful and offers perfect opportunities to spot and photograph more wildlife. Impalas, hippos, bushbucks and ostriches etc. live here. Return to your boat and then head for dinner inside your lodge. Make sure your overnight is comfortable because you have plenty to experience the next day.

Day 5: Transfer to Lake Nakuru and Game Drive

After breakfast, the fifth day of your 10 days safari in Kenya takes you to explore Lake Nakuru. It is a renowned alkaline lake with huge flamingo numbers. Get as many angles as possible to capture the birds on photograph. Other birds to see on Lake Nakuru include helmeted Guineafowl, kori bustard and grey crowned crane etc. After your lunch drive across the Lake Nakuru National Park to encounter giraffes, leopards, rhinos and hippos etc. Have dinner in the cozy lodge restaurant. Your overnight is right inside your room.

Day 6: Depart to Masai Mara.

Breakfast is served to you as you prepare to leave Lake Nakuru. This is the sixth day of your 10 days safari in Kenya, which takes you to Masai Mara National Reserve. When you complete this scenic drive, enter the Masai Mara and head toward your accommodation. Admire the Big Five animals because lions, leopards, rhinos, elephants and buffaloes move almost close to you. Get a variety of directions in the reserve where you can view wildebeests, cheetahs, hyenas, African wild dogs and others. Check in at your camp, a peaceful accommodation that offers dinner and overnight stay.

Day 7: Full Day Game Drive

A full day’s game drive starts after breakfast in your camp. Today, explore many parts of the Masai Mara in a safari car. The highlight of the day is a thrilling Great Migration across the Mara River. It is an experience that happens between July to October each year. Desperate wildebeests, zebras and gazelles can be seen crossing the river. Lunch in the bush is provided for you to have a good experience. Do not wait for nightfall to get dinner and overnight stay at your accommodation.

Day 8: Hot Air Ballooning and Game Drive

In the morning, enjoy a hot air balloon experience over the Masai Mara for aerial views of the Big Five. Enjoy bush breakfast, with a glass of champagne on the menu. View more wild animals while on a game drive. Have picnic lunch and view more wildlife species. Get your last dinner and overnight of this trip at your camp.

Day 9: Depart Masai Mara to Nairobi. City Tour

After your departure from Masai Mara in the morning, drive to Nairobi, with lunch offered when you pause. In Nairobi, a city tour takes you through the Masai market to explore buy Maasai handicrafts for souvenirs. Go to the iconic Karen Brixen Museum to learn the long and inspiring history of this place. Check in at your hotel and stay there after dinner.

Day 10: End Tour and Departure

Have breakfast and drive to the airport for your departure flight out of the country. The 10 days Kenya safari has concluded.
